What is WellSupplier buyer protection?
WellSupplier Buyer Protection is our guarantee to you that your transactions on WellSupplier are secured. We ensure each and every purchase is covered by our 4p’s.
Your payment is only released to the supplier after you have confirmed your item has arrived safely. Transactions on WellSupplier made using our escrow service are eligible for this protection. There are no additional charges involved.
You may also have time to check your delivery for accuracy and are able to dispute any incorrectly delivered items before any payment are released to your supplier.
WellSupplier buyer protection will ensure that suppliers must ship and correctly deliver items to you within a specified time period.
Your payment details are never exposed to any third parties at any time.
How does WellSupplier Buyer Protection Policy work?
1 Submit a Refund Request and at the same time try negotiating with the supplier
If you are not satisfied with your order (e.g. the item that your ordered did not arrive or is not as described), you can make a refund request. At the same time, try to negotiate with the supplier to reach agreeable terms for a refund. Most trade disputes happen because of misunderstandings. Any refund made will complete the transaction.
2 Still no agreement? Apply for Mediation
If no agreement has been reached, you can apply for mediation 10 days after you’ve made an initial Refund Request.
3 WellSupplier will help mediate your dispute
WellSupplier will contact both you and the supplier and mediate based on the evidence provided. All decisions made by WellSupplier are final. If we resolve a dispute in the buyer’s favor, we will refund the buyer for the full cost of the item and the original shipping, and we will require the seller to reimburse us for the amount due to the buyer. Without limiting the foregoing, sellers may not have to pay a reimbursement for a WellSupplier claim if they provide the documentation (for example, delivery confirmation or proof that the item was as described).

All customs-related charges are paid by buyers. To avoid delays in your delivery, please check your local customs law for a list of prohibited / taxable items.

When your order has arrived, please examine the packaging for any defect or loss before signing for it. After signing for the order, please examine the items carefully. If the items are not as described, you can make a Refund Request.

WellSupplier Buyer Protection covers only claims filed in accordance with the WellSupplier Buyer Protection Policy, not claims filed with PayPal. We reserve the right to fix any processing errors we discover. We will correct any processing errors by debiting or crediting the payment method used for the erroneous WellSupplier Buyer Protection refund or reimbursement. We reserve the right to suspend the WellSupplier Buyer Protection Policy without notice if we suspect abuse or interference with the proper working of the program
